How to activate your Leica LUX App PRO Lifetime Access 1. Register Leica LUX Grip: Register your Leica LUX Grip in your Leica Account - as usual via the QR code in the LUX Grip box or directly via your Leica Account. 2. Redeem 12-month voucher: After registration, you will automatically receive a 12-month voucher for Leica LUX App PRO. Please redeem the voucher so you can use PRO immediately. 3. Apply for PRO Lifetime: Send your invoice/proof of purchase, Grip serial number and Leica Account email address to lux-pro@leica-camera.com. Subject: Leica LUX App PRO Lifetime Activation. 4. Verification and activation: Leica Customer Care will verify your entitlement after the return period has expired and will then activate PRO Lifetime in your Leica Account. You will receive a confirmation by email. 5. Cancel 12-month subscription: After receiving the activation confirmation, please cancel the 12-month subscription activated by the voucher in the App Store to avoid a paid renewal. Your PRO Lifetime usage will remain active.
