Refund policy

We will refund you on the credit with which you used to make payment. Please note that upon the return of the Product to the Leica Store, the normal processing time for refunds is approximately 30 working days. Product must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact no later than 7 days after receiving the item.

Where the total value of Physical Products in a multi-item order is brought below S$300 upon the return of any Physical Product(s) in the order, the delivery charge of S$12 shall apply, and shall be deducted from the refund amount.

Where a refund is requested for a Product which was purchased at a discounted price, or which was purchased with an e-coupon, the refund amount shall be at the discounted price paid for the Product. A consumer within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions is any natural person who concludes a purchase agreement for any purpose which can be attributed neither predominantly to their commercial nor to their freelance professional activities.
