Shipping policy

 CUSTOMER ADDRESS (VERY IMPORTANT):

Please make sure that all shipping information is 100% accurate before submitting the final payment. If you provide an incorrect or old address with your order and the package ends up being returned to us, you will be charged for a re-shipping fee. We will not be liable to replace or refund the shipment if the package is lost, damaged or stolen in transit as a result of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us because you failed to pick up the package from your local post office/customs department in time, you will also be responsible for a re-shipping fee. We will not take any losses for issues that are not our fault. We simply fill your order and ship to the address you provide.

Deliveries will only be made within Singapore. If there is more than one product in an order, the products will be delivered in one or more packages as we may decide.

Your order will be delivered in an estimated 5 working days after the date the order was made. This is because our delivery partner will have to pick from multiple locations and consolidate to complete your order. In any case, an agent from our delivery partner shall be contacting you to make arrangements for delivery at your convenience. Any orders received after 12pm on a working day is considered as the next day’s order.

Should there be a rare occasion where we are unable to fulfil an item in your order, you will receive an email, informing you of the shortage. In this case, we will make a refund of the value of the unfulfilled items via your credit card. Do reach out to us at admin@leica-store.sg should you not receive your full order in estimated 5 working days.

Deliveries on orders above S$300 are free. A delivery charge of S$12 will be applicable to orders below S$300.

If the Product you have ordered is in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch orders made before 12.00pm within the next 5 working days. Our delivery partner will contact you via SMS or call to determine if you are ready to collect at the shipping location on a specified time before making the delivery.

If you are not available to take delivery of your order, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange for a convenient time for re-delivery. There will be no charges imposed for such re-delivery up to 8.00pm on the same day. However, there will be a S$10 charge for re-scheduling the date of delivery.

We will notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery time or date for any reason, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to or arising out of or in connection with such delay in delivery. In addition, we shall not be liable for any delivery failures or delays by our third-party delivery contractor.

Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the Product to the Singapore address stated in your order, regardless of the person who takes delivery, upon which title and risk in the Product shall pass to you.
