OUR SERVICES AT A GLANCE

Customer Care Centre in Singapore is equipped with Leica Rangefinder and sensor calibration machine for the M digital cameras. The equipment carries out adjustment and calibration checks, in particular, it confirms and aligns sensor flatness. These services are previously conducted only in the Leica Customer Care Centre back in Germany. The waiting period for servicing is now shorten as basic servicing needs can now be conducted locally in Singapore.

Special Hours
In view of the upcoming Eid al-Fitr, the Leica Customer Care office will operate from 9am to 1pm on 21 Apr 2023. We will be closed on 22 & 24 Apr 2023. Normal operations will resume on 25 Apr 2023.
