LEICA CUSTOMER CARE

At Leica Camera, it has always been our goal to deliver customer care beyond the expectations of our customers and brand aficionados. Leica offers you a well-developed worldwide service network. We are there to support you and your Leica product anywhere. Our clients’ needs are our top priority. From initial consultation and purchase to maintenance and data recovery, we attach great importance to individual solutions.

Customer Care Centre in Singapore is equipped with Leica Rangefinder and sensor calibration machine for the M digital cameras. The equipment carries out adjustment and calibration checks, in particular, it confirms and aligns sensor flatness. These services are previously conducted only in the Leica Customer Care Centre back in Germany. The waiting period for servicing is now shorten as basic servicing needs can now be conducted locally in Singapore.
