Sales Consultants are our brand ambassador, passionate and equipped with the right knowledge, know-how, and history of Leica. At Leica Stores, they provide a complete customer journey and experience, while achieving sales targets and continually expanding our customer base.

You are not just selling products, you are curating experiences and bringing the Leica story to life.

Job Description:

Drive performance & growth
Proactively identify opportunities, exceed sales targets, and contribute to the success of a globally respected luxury brand
Create unforgettable customer experiences
Build lasting relationships
Be a mentor & brand ambassador
Elevate product storytelling
Confidently share Leica’s heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation to inspire customers
Own the customer journey
Manage inquiries, after-sales support, and feedback with professionalism and care
Collaborate & contribute
Manage inquiries, after-sales support, and feedback with professionalism and care
Partner with the Retail Manager/Store Managers and team to execute initiatives, events, and brand activations
Continuously improve - Provide insights to enhance store operations, customer satisfaction, and team performance

Qualification/Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail, customer service, or a similar environment
A sales-driven mindset with a strong track record of achieving results
Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with discerning customers
Excellent language skills, articulate expression.
Fluency in English
Basic digital literacy and professional communication etiquette
