Sales Consultants are our brand ambassador, passionate and equipped with the right knowledge, know-how, and history of Leica. At Leica Stores, they provide a complete customer journey and experience, while achieving sales targets and continually expanding our customer base.
Job Description:
- Providing assistance to our international customers and promoting the Leica brand
- Presenting, demonstrating, and selling the entire range of Leica products
- Offering reliable and knowledgeable advice on all common product-related questions and inquiries about photography and sports optics
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone or in writing
- Maintaining customer database, handling transactions and cash management, conducting shipping activities, managing inventory, and potentially placing orders
- Participating in local customer events such as exhibition openings, book presentations, etc.
- Assisting in building and developing a local and international customer base
- Maintaining and optimizing the appearance of the store, implementing special decorations.
Qualification/Requirements:

- Excellent language skills, articulate expression.
- Strong advisory and sales skills, with a passion for customer interaction
- Positive demeanor, enthusiasm, and empathy

- Independent work style, and a high level of teamwork
- 5 days work week - Willingness to work on Weekends/Public Holidays and occasional participation in Leica events and evening activities
