Sales Associates are our brand ambassador, passionate and equipped with the right knowledge, know-how, and history of Leica. At Leica Stores, they provide a complete customer journey and experience, while achieving sales targets and continually expanding our customer base.
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily store operations
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image
- Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationship
- Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
- Manages customer enquiries, feedbacks and after service matters
- Working closely with Retail Manager on sales activity and be part of Leica Camera events.
- Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
- Other duties as assigned
Profile
- Minimum 3 years experiences in customer service, high-end retail environment or in similar capacity.
- Passion in retail industry, good communication and customer handling skills.
- Passion in photography, art and culture scenes, photographic knowledge will be added advantages.
- Fluent in English, additional languages / dialects spoken is a plus.
- Good team player, pleasant personality, service oriented, positive attitudes to learning new skill sets.
- Basic computer skills and netiquette.
